Partnering with SSI (Scuba Schools International), we provide a globally recognized framework that turns skilled divers into elite maritime professionals.

This is not a fixed-duration course. There are no rigid timelines like “6 weeks” or “8 weeks fast-track,” because real development doesn’t work like that.

To become an SSI Divemaster, you don’t just need a certification; you need a specific set of high-level skills. In our Mentorship program, we focus on the “Science of Diving” combined with real-world leadership.

To enter the professional ranks of our Mentorship, you must meet the following industry-standard criteria:

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Experience: At least 60 logged open water dives.
• Required Certifications: SSI Diver Stress & Rescue (or equivalent).
• Specialized Expertise: You must provide proof of at least 5 logged dives in each of the following areas:
  1. Deep Diving: Experience at depths beyond 30 meters.
  2. Navigation: Precision underwater orientation.
  3. Night & Limited Visibility: Comfort and safety in challenging conditions.

Most schools will give you the manual and the exam. In the SeaYou Zero to Hero program, we go deeper.

1. The Business of Diving: I teach you how a dive center actually runs—from equipment maintenance to client psychology.
2. The Dual-Pro Advantage: A Divemaster who understands the mechanics of a boat (Skipper Pro) is the “Holy Grail” for yacht charters. My goal is to make you the most hireable person on the dock.
3. Real Responsibility: Under my guidance, you won’t just follow a group; you will learn how to anticipate problems before they happen. That is the hallmark of a true SSI Professional.
